Below is our after-sales service commitment for the products provided:

»   We will receive the client and deal with the quality problems reflected earnestly and issue treatment opinions on that day.

»    We will reply to the client within one hour for servere problems. If the product jobsite is beyond the scope of service network, we make sure to send our service staff to the jobsite within 72 hours.

»    We have established several after-sales service networks in different regions nationwide and designated professional after-sales service staff, vehicles and special tools to arrive at the site within the scope of network within one hour to resolve all kinds of quality problems.

»   We will repair the product or change the parts for free within the warranty period on condition that the user saves it properly, installs, uses and maintains it correctly.

»   We will, based on the user’s demand, develop service items, such as pre-sales service, installation, debugging, maintenance and technical consulting.

»   We designate the relevant personnel to be on duty during the holidays so as to receive clients, respond quickly, deal with the problem fast and resolve quality problems reflected by users.

»   We revisit the clients regularly so as to feed back the quality information timely and conduct our after-sales service well.
